It has been known for ages that olive oil has good health benefits. In fact, I’ve read a number of books that have stated that Olive Oil was more precious than Gold in many areas of the Earth in the Middle Ages due to it’s healing powers. But it has only been in recent time that studies have shown us some of the real health benefits of Olive Oil. It doesn’t matter whether you’re talking about Gourmet Olive Oil or some generic olive oil, it will still have some health benefits. However, to get the most benefit from Olive Oil, you should use only Extra Virgin Olive Oil, first cold press stuff.
Star Special Reserve Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil Review

I bought this bottle of Star Special Reserve Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil at all places, Wal-Mart. When I purchased it, I was looking for a pure, non-blended, first cold press Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It has a maximum acidity of 0.5%, which is good.
The label on the bottle stated that it is 100% organic Olive Oil from Italy and packed in Italy. It was Certified Organic by Suolo E Salute. This bottle also has an USDA Organic seal on the front.
